ADOPTION PROCEDURES:

How to Apply:

Please free to download and print our adoption application for dogs and cats. You can drop the application by our facility, fax it into us at 317-738-3166 or email it to jcasreception@co.johnson.in.us Be sure to let us know what pet you are interested in adopting!

Fees:

Dogs: $150.00

Cats: 6 months and older $50.00

Kittens: under 6 months of age $75.00

We accept CASH, CHECK and CREDIT CARDS

guidelines:

1. Have a completed application on file

2. Be over the age of 18 and have a valid identification card. (Examples: Driver’s License or State issued ID, military identification or passport)

3. Adopters must be 21 years of age to adopt any bully breeds.

4. Own your own home or have permission from landlord to own an animal.

5. Meet the animal prior to adoption. We do not adopt out an animal until after the applicant has spent time with the animals. 

6. We do NOT place holds on animals.

7. Also, we do NOT adopt animals out as gifts!

8. Be in compliance with any previous adoptions through our facility.

adoptable Dogs

All dogs are available for adoption with a $150.00 adoption fee. This will include the spay/neuter, microchip with registration, and age appropriate vaccines, including dappv, bordetella and rabies. As well as, a free thirty day health insurance with valid email address. 

You must be at least 21 years of age to adopt any bully breed. 

adoptable Cats

All cats 6 months and older are available for adoption with a $50.00 adoption fee. Kittens under the age of 6 months will have a $75 adoption fee. This will include the spay/neuter, microchip with registration, and age appropriate vaccines, including fvrcp and rabies. As well as, a free thirty day health insurance with valid email address. 

NO CAT ADOPTED FROM OUR FACILITY CAN BE DECLAWED FOR THE LIFE OF THE CAT! 

Please note: We often have declawed cats available for adoption however, these cats were previously declawed before coming to our facility.
